All about Sales Engineering and Sales Engineering Management
When I first started in sales engineering, I was frustrated that I could not find much information on the web that will get me started. My frustration continued as I moved into leadership roles and still could not find any information on the web regarding sales engineering or sales engineering leadership.
Over the years, I managed to build and lead very successful Sales Engineering organizations in large enterprise software companies both in US and overseas, particularly Latin America. But I had to do everything on my own, no starting point, and I am sure hundreds of SEs and SE Leaders are doing the same right now. So I started this blog in September of 2007. It is my contribution to the community of Sales Engineering. It is my attempt to share my experienc, both as an individual contributor and a person who held leadership positions. I hope information found on this site will be helpful to aspiring as well as experienced SEs and their managers.
I will probably move on to different roles over time, but sales engineering will always stay close to my heart. It is a wonderful, exciting and most importantly rewarding profession.
